We’ve all heard the phrases “There’s no ‘I’ in team” or “Teamwork makes the dream work.” Are they corny? Yes, but the message is quite profound! The idea of community preexisted Creation. It is represented in the Trinity: God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Three in one, but each unique in function.
Created in God’s image, we are relational beings designed to work together as a T.E.A.M… Together Everyone Achieves More! God has gifted each of us to serve individual roles within His house. The formula for team success is simple: a willingness to do anything and everything with excellence as we work to glorify God together.
God hand-selected you on purpose, for a purpose within the church. He gifted you with unique abilities and talents meant to work in conjunction with others to form the body of Christ. Do this, and one day Jesus will look at you and say, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.”
Act
