Read 

Titus 2:7-8, "In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness, and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us." 

Think 

Every decision you make speaks volumes to those around you about who you are and what you believe. Today's Scripture challenges us to examine the integrity, seriousness, and soundness of our words and actions.

Integrity is about living the same – both when no one is watching and when everyone is watching. Seriousness is a commitment to what we believe. And soundness of speech remindsus to align what we say with what the Bible says.  

As a follower of Jesus, our influence grows exponentially when we remember that the example we set is not just a reflection of us but a reflection of Jesus.  

Act 

You can't change the decisions of your past, but you can set a powerful example with your decisions today. As you think about your day, what is one thing you could do to set a Christ-likeexample for others?  

Pray 

Father, show me if there are any areas where my words and actions are not a good example of You. Help me to live with integrity, and may my words be full of encouragement and kindness. In Jesus' name, Amen.
