Read 

Acts 13:48-49, "And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord, and all who were appointed to eternal life believed. And the word of the Lord spread throughout the entire region."  

Matthew 4:19, "And He said to them, 'Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.'" 

Think 

Have you ever told two people the same thing, but gotten a completely different response from each of them? That is exactly what happened to Paul when he preached about the life-changing power of Jesus. Some rejected it, while others received it.  

God never called us to be catchers of men but rather to be fishers of men. With that comes great responsibility in sharing the Good News of Jesus to people in a creative and compelling way.  

When we have done that, the results are in God's hands. We must do all we can, then allow Jesus to do what only He can do. Only Jesus can open people's eyes and speak to their hearts.  

What a privilege to get to work alongside Him! Let's do our part and watch as we see Jesus change people's lives!

God, please give me the opportunity today to have a conversation with someone about Jesus. Please give me the words to say. Thank You for Your love for me and the love You have for everyone I come in contact with. Amen.
