John 14:26, " But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you."

"The Holy Spirit is the ultimate guide."  Imagine walking in your doctor's office, and he tells you you're very ill. Then he points to the door and says, "Figure it out!" That would be ludicrous! Well the same is true in our faith. Jesus did not abandon us to endure our hardships and struggles alone. He sent us a guide to help us understand the Bible and teach us how to live accordingly. This person is known as the Holy Spirit.

• Have you ever had a "light-bulb moment" when reading the Bible, where the words leaped off the page and grabbed your attention? That's the Holy Spirit!
• Have you ever felt like God has prompted you to help someone or share the story of what Jesus has done in your life? That's the Holy Spirit!
• Have you ever felt a sudden urge to walk away from a bad situation? That's the Holy Spirit!

In every decision, every hurt, every victory, every struggle, the Holy Spirit is there to help you navigate through life and experience God's best.

Act

What would happen if you invited the Holy Spirit into every decision you make, big or small? Before each decision ask the Holy Spirit for his direction! Pray those high-risk prayers and ask him to bring people into your path to perhaps share the story of how you met Christ! Ask for that boldness that can only come from Him.

God, thank you for sending the Holy Spirit to teach, guide, and protect me. Thank you for being the help I need in life!
