    Read

Ephesians 2:8-10, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

    Think

The Urban Dictionary's top definition for swagger is "how one presents themselves to the world; shown in how a person handles a situation and in how they walk." Jesus had swagger. He came to earth to present himself as God's Son, and he had swagger in how he handled every situation. His sinless life showed in his walk - even as he walked to the cross. He knew who he was, what he had to do, and where he was going. In a word, he had confidence. However, we shouldn't mistake confidence for arrogance. The moment we try to do life our way instead of God's way, we always end up going the wrong way. Godfidence, Spirit-led swagger, is different. If you are a believer, it gives you a unique confidence in knowing you are a child of God, that you have been given a specific purpose, and that you know where you're going to spend eternity. How great is that? So, today, get off the ride of pride and thank God for all he is doing and will continue to do in your life!

    Act

Do you have Godfidence? Do you present Jesus to the world in the way you handle situations? Take some time to consider how loved you are by Christ and give thanks for God's grace.

    Pray

Dear Lord, thank you for your amazing grace. Help me to live with humility and confidence rather than the arrogance and pride that can block my heart from understanding how you see me. And help me to walk with you as I live out my purpose with Godfidence. In Jesus' name, Amen.
