Matthew 10:29-31, "Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father's care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows."

Think

Have you ever felt like just another face in a crowd? Maybe you've been single and moved to a new state or you've been the "new kid" at school a few too many times. Perhaps you feel unnoticed by the people who pass by you every day. But no matter how lonely, overlooked, or isolated you think you are - you're not alone! You have a God who knows you intimately, who loves beyond comprehension, who even knows the very number of hairs on your head!

The fact that God cares about every detail of our lives is easy to understand but often overlooked. Today's scripture assures us that God knows when a single sparrow falls from the sky. If He sees that - and cares - just think how much more valuable you are to Him than birds! So, when life gets us down, or we simply feel overwhelmed by all that's happening in our world right now, we just need to remember that we're not alone - we're loved and adored.

When we trust in God and believe that He cares about every aspect of our lives, we can walk in confidence that God always goes before us, marking out each step, and guiding us along the right path. Rest in this thought today knowing that even if you don't see a single familiar face, that God sees yours right now! How great is that!

Today, simply rest in the fact that God sees you, He's with you, and deeply loves and adores you with all His heart.

Dear Lord, Thank You for loving me so much, thank You for seeing me, and guiding my steps. You are all I need. I will rest in Your love today. Amen.
