Think

Everyone wants to produce amazing things: a fabulous marriage, wonderful friendships, innovative solutions, and exciting works. But, how? Creativity! We need to understand the Master Creator's methodology and put it into action. Today's Bible verse states that God spoke creation into existence. He made everything out of nothing. To say it another way, God turned "what if" into "what is." As human beings made in the image of God, we are doing life against the backdrop of God's creative canvas. Creativity is simply asking, "What if?" Then, seeing the potential for what could be and doing the necessary work to turn "what if" into "what is." It's the art of innovation and application. We all want something better in life, but, too often, we just sit and wonder "what if" for years, until "what if" morphs into, "Was that it?" We get out of life what we're willing to put into it. Be creative!

Act

What is it that you would like to see different in your life? Ask yourself, "In ten years, what will I wish I had done today?" Write down your ideas. Take the ideas that resonate and do what is necessary to make them "what is."

Pray

Dear God, You are the Master Creator. You took nothing and made it into something. Give me the wisdom to ask the right "what if" questions about the differences I want to see transpire in my life. By Your strength, I will work to make the "what if" into "what is." In Jesus' name, Amen.
