2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

Fellowship Church will bring the fireworks tonight, but today's powerful verse will get your day started with a bang! It reminds us that if we humble ourselves, do a 180 from our sinful ways, and pray, God will hear us from heaven, forgive our sins AND heal our land. But the whole verse depends on the word "IF." God always keeps his promises, and prayer moves his heart. He will heal our nation, but first, we must individually and collectively drop to our knees and pray for the USA! When we fulfill our end of the deal, God will come through with flying colors. Now more than ever, our country needs God! Year after year, American values and morals have been on a steady downward decline. We need God in our schools, our government and in literally every area of our daily living. The words engraved on all our currency says, "IN GOD WE TRUST." Let's prove it and pray for the USA!

Try to carve out 10-15 minutes to pray for the USA. Pray for everything that comes to mind concerning this great country: our nation's leadership, our schools, our churches, and our homes.

God, thank you for the privilege of living in the greatest country in the world! I never want to take this nation's freedom for granted. Please bring healing and unity to our land and forgive our many sins. In Jesus' name, Amen.
