Philippians 4:7,
"Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus."
Think
"We will never have the peace OF God until we have peace WITH God." Where do you go when you don't know the answer to a question? If your answer is, "Google," then you're part of the majority! Every year Google releases its annual Year in Search - a review of the world's most-searched topics. Google's Vice President said once that the Year in Search "uncovers the moments that captured the world's hearts - and questions that revealed who we are." So, it's interesting to note that in 2015 one of the top Google searches was "How can the world find peace?" When you search that topic, Google produces 977,000,000 results. But, when we turn to Google for the answer, we'll just find pieces of peace instead of understanding the complete peace that comes from having peace with God! The Bible tells us that sin created tension, a barrier, between us and God. But when Jesus died so our sin could be forgiven, he made it possible for us to have peace WITH God. And, when we have peace WITH God we can have the peace OF God.
