Think:
The human heart tirelessly beats 100,000 times every single day, causing it to contract and expand continuously over a 24-hour period. Remarkably, most of us hardly spare a second to contemplate this astounding feat. Similarly, we engage in the simple act of breathing, inhaling and exhaling 20,000 times daily. Each breath fuels our body with energy, bolsters our immunity, and enhances cognitive clarity, enabling us to execute the most essential bodily functions effortlessly.
It is a profound realization that God has intricately designed us and cares for every aspect of our well-being. In light of God's investment in our lives, it is only fitting that we take a moment to acknowledge his boundless love and care. We can praise the Creator for the simple and amazingly complex gift of our bodies.

Have you thanked God for your basic abilities lately, the ones we take for granted? Take a few minutes to sit quietly and thank God for your breath and your heartbeat.
Pray:
God, you intricately knit me together in my mother's womb and blessed me with a beating heart and breathing lungs. May I use every day to serve you and speak of you, to give you the praise and glory you deserve. In Jesus' name. Amen.
