Joe Rogan is known for his dedication to physical fitness. His commitment to staying in shape has inspired many people to take their own fitness journeys more seriously. While physical fitness is important, we must remember that it’s not about vanity, but value. We want to value the bodies God has given us, treating them as the temples of the Holy Spirit that they are.
As we strive to become physically fit, we can honor God with our bodies by treating them with respect and care. This means eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly in a way that is safe and effective. By doing so, we are acknowledging the value and purpose that God has given to our bodies and showing our gratitude for the gift of physical health.
Let us remember that our bodies are not our own, but are temples of the Holy Spirit. As we strive to become physically fit, let us also strive to honor God with our bodies by using them to honor him.
