Read

Psalm 122:1, "I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord."

Think

The Church is the hope of the world for many reasons. It's where we connect with others who are also striving to grow spiritually. It's where we can find people who will help us be our best. It's where we can serve to make a difference in the lives of others. It's where we thank God as we worship him individually and collectively. And, it's where we can learn from Scripture in a fresh, relevant way so that we can apply it in our everyday lives. When we don't make church a priority, we have a tendency to drift. We may find ourselves influenced by the wrong crowd. We can lose the excitement of having a closer relationship with God. We can get distracted by activities and commitments that won't further God's purposes. Let this powerful verse come to fruition in your life as you make attending church a weekly priority. Do you weekly say "I was glad to go into the house of the Lord?" At Fellowship Church we hear that all of the time. Every seven days is truly a Sunday Funday!

Act

Make it a priority to be in God's House every possible weekend that you can. There are too many exciting things happening that you will miss. Plus, it is like pulling into a spiritual gas station where you get a fresh fillup every Sunday, enabling you to face another week with confidence!

Pray

God, thank you for establishing the Church, my home away from home. It recharges my batteries as I join with others in worshipping and learning about you. And, I want to specifically thank you God for Fellowship Church. It has changed so many lives as well as mine and I never want to take any of it for granted! In Jesus' name, Amen.
